In this part, we’ll see how to customize your elementary OS desktop and the behavior of some default apps to better suit your needs and workflows. To achieve this, we’ll install elementary Tweaks, and check out each setting and its effect.

With elementary Tweaks, you can enable double clicking in the file manager, change the duration of animations, customize the look and feel of your system with themes, icons, mouse pointers, or even select some apps that will always stay open !

Commands used to install elementary tweaks:
sudo apt install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:philip.scott/elementary-tweaks
sudo apt update
sudo apt install elementary-tweaks
